Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell Chinese language coursesto individuals, schools, and companies. Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins) and provide detailed information about courses. Follow up with leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into enrollments. Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring completion of documentation and payments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update CRM records for accurate tracking of leads and customers. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve campaigns and increase engagement. Assist in organizing events, open days, workshops, and promotional activities. Prepare regular reports on performance, sales progress, and customer trends. Represent the institute professionally during external visits, school meetings, and corporate presentations.

Requirements

3 + years of experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (education field preferred). Experience: 3 years in Chinese language course sales (preferred). Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of Chinese is a plus). Bachelor's degree (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset.
