Chinese and Dim Sum Chef : Luxury Hotel Property, Morocco We are looking for a creative and experienced Dim Sum Chef who will have a great understanding of producing high quality dishes to the best standards, using unique ingredients. Requirements and Responsibilities: * Minimum of 3+++ years proven experience as a Chinese and Dim Sum Chef within a luxury hotel or a high:quality dining Chinese restaurant * Good team leader with kitchen management skills * Helping create new recipes and write menus. * Good communications skills * Desire to join a luxury hotel in Morocco, to grow and develop with.
