Job Description
The CHW Helper assists skilled workers such as masons, electricians, plumbers, and site engineers in day-to-day construction activities. The role involves carrying materials, preparing work areas, cleaning tools and equipment, and supporting overall site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their daily tasks. Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment. Mix cement, sand, gravel, and other construction materials as directed. Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks. Provide general labor support on construction sites, including scaffolding, trenching, and material handling. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary structures and work platforms. Support supervisors and skilled workers in completing assigned tasks efficiently. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of construction site practices. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Prior experience in construction or civil work (preferred but not mandatory). Team player with a good work attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
