Minimum 3 to 5 year UAE experience as chiller technician
Candidate should have minimum ITI or Diploma in relevant trade.
Operating and maintaining chillers and ensure that working properly.
Troubleshooting and repairing and maintaining the chiller .
Ability to interpret to work unsupervised .
Performing routine maintenance on chiller, cleaning, repairing pumps, compressor and evaporators etc..
Diagnose faults , repair or replace parts as necessary ,Good problem solving abilities .
Check and adjust the system temperature and pressures .
prepare reports and log maintenance activities .
Must be excellent in supervising ,controlling and reporting .
Identifying faulty components and replacing them.
carrying out regular inspection and maintenance .
Residential, commercial buildings, Fm background, AMC properties experience is advantage.
UAE manual licence is advantage .
Good Communication skills in English and hindi .
