- 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
- Proficient communication skills
- English \xe2\x80\x93 read & write
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on Chiller units, chiller control units and other HVAC equipment
- Routine inspection and repair of HVAC units
- Routine inspection and repair of Chillers.
- Monitor the performance and adjust Chiller equipment to obtain maximum efficiency.
- Ensure that all operation and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented.
- Response to emergency and breakdowns.
- Assist to perform the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing and others when and where required.
- Trouble shooting of electromechanical equipment
- Advises Team Leaders and Supervisors concerning major repairs / changes required.
- Check regularly electrical and mechanical safety and operation components of the chiller units.
- Coordinate for Conduct setting adjustment and calibration of controllers and sensors.
- Perform installation and commissioning of split and package type air conditioning units.
- Report any accident, incident or near misses incident
- Propose any up gradation for equipment to your upper staffs
- Assist supervisors, Engineers, sub-contractors on maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting tasks.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
