Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing HVAC, chillers, and related equipment installation, maintenance and service projects, supervising site teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish. Supervise and delegate tasks to technicians and apprentices. Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on site. Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and concerns. Maintain daily logs, track material usage and labor hours. Prepare required documentation, including permits, reports, and as-built drawings. Ensure timely project closeouts with final inspections and client signoffs. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in HVAC & Chiller site supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of HVAC & chiller systems, safety standards, maintenance and installation procedures.
