Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead interactive play sessions and organize group games in the play area

Host and perform in scripted children's entertainment programs and birthday parties

Create and maintain a joyful, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for kids of all ages

Work with props, costumes, and themed scripts for regular performances

Take part in rehearsals, team meetings, and special events (including offsite brand activations)

Collaborate with the service and hostess teams to ensure smooth communication with parents

Maintain tidiness and safety in all activity zones

Represent the values of Ribambelle in both performance and conduct

Requirements:



Genuine love for children and the ability to engage them in a natural, enthusiastic manner

Strong communication skills and confident, expressive personality

Responsible, punctual, organized, and emotionally stable

Creative mindset and initiative in developing activities or solving situations on the spot

Prior experience working with children in entertainment, education, or hospitality

Education or background in performing arts, pedagogy, or early childhood development is a plus

Upper-intermediate level of English is required

Knowledge of Russian language

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in offsite events as part of the brand team

Note: AED6,000 + tips + bonus from events.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
