Position Overview

In the role of a children'sbaking instructor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional baking classes, assisting at events, and creating memorable experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Baking Classes:

Instruct and guide students, including children, in various baking techniques and recipes. Create an engaging and supportive learning environment for all participants. Adhere to strict safety and hygiene regulations. Our students' health and safety are our priority.
Pack and Prepare for Baking Lessons:

Organize and prepare all necessary materials, ingredients, and tools for classes. Research and develop a diverse portfolio of sweet and savory baked goods to ensure we consistently offer exciting options to our students. Wash and sanitize all the baking tools and make sure they are ready for the next class.
Lead Baking Parties:

Serve as the main baking instructor for baking-themed parties and special events. Initially, you will undergo a training period where you will accompany me to observe and learn as I teach the classes. Ensure all participants, especially children, have a fun and educational experience.
Assist at Events:

Support the founder during events where they are the main instructor. Help manage the flow of the event, assist participants, and provide additional instruction as needed.
Qualifications:

Strong background in baking, cake decorating, and/or pastry arts. Prior experience teaching or instructing in a baking or culinary setting is preferred. At least 3 years' experience working with children in an educational or recreational capacity.

A valid UAE residence visa is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Must be a positive and kind person who can create a lot of excitement for children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficiency in taking photos and videos; familiarity with basic editing is a plus, but not mandatory. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Must be living in Dubai, UAE

Compensation and benefits: differs from part time to full time instructors.

Part time: 1 class per day x 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) plus the duties to conduct the class like measuring the ingredients, washing and sanitizing the tools...etc

Full time is 9am to 5pm.
