Define and lead the Group's technology strategy across Sudan, UAE, Bahrain, and subsidiaries. Oversee digital banking growth, modernize core banking platforms, and integrate fintech solutions with emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, RPA, and open banking APIs.
Manage group-wide IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud, networks, disaster recovery), enforce unified governance, and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets. Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks, deploy zero-trust security, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Foster a culture of digital innovation, lead and mentor IT teams across multiple markets, and partner with HR to recruit, retain, and upskill top talent.
Build strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and external partners. Manage global vendor contracts, fintech partnerships, and technology SLAs.
