We're hiring: Chief Technologist (Luxury Bakery, Dubai)
We're building a premium bakery brand -- where every product is crafted with precision, creativity, and care. We're looking for a strong production leader to own the product, processes, and scaling from the inside.
Full-time, in-house (Dubai)
Your role:
Own and optimize all production processes -- from prep to final product Maintain consistency and premium quality at scale Refine recipes and technologies based on feedback and product vision Source top-tier ingredients and production equipment Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance Build and train the production team Collaborate with founders and finance to align costs, yield, and innovation Play a key role in scaling the business locally and internationally
We're looking for:
Solid experience as a production lead / technologist in bakery or pastry (premium segment is a big plus) Deep understanding of ingredients, textures, temperatures, and processes A systems thinker who can balance creativity and structure Hands-on and ready to build something outstanding from the ground up Passion for great food and beautiful products (Bonus) Experience launching new product lines or production sites Russian-language proficiency is an advantage
