Pier Seven Aviation FZC an expanding Commercial Pilot Training Organization is offering an exciting new position for a Chief Synthetic Flight Instructor (CSFI) to join in our Sharjah office.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Holds or has held an EASA/GCAA SFI/SFE/TRI/TRE A320/B737 qualification, or ICAO equivalent acceptable for reciprocal recognition by the EASA/GCAA.
• Must have provided Instruction within the past 2 years.
• ELP level 5 or better.
• Able to design and edit training programs and syllabi.
• Sound managerial experience and capabilities.
• A leader, team worker and problem solver with good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills expected.
• Advance knowledge of MS office 365
• Meet other applicable EASA/GCAA regulatory requirements as outlined in CAR-FCL and CAR-ORA relating to the specified position.

Accountabilities

• Standardization of all instructors
• Provision of instructor briefing materials related to training.
• Ensure sufficient qualified personnel availability.
• Qualify standardization instructors.
• Supervise daily simulator operations
• Attend required department meetings.
• Perform duties and supervision of Synthetic Flight Training.
• Provide fixed base instruction and/or full motion flight simulation instruction for flight crew members initial, recurrent, upgrade and/or differences training in ground school, fixed based and/or full flight simulators.
