To support this next chapter, we are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to join the Group Executive Leadership Team, based in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to shape the global supply chain strategy of one of the region's most influential industrial organisations.
The Role
The Chief Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for designing and executing the end-to-end global supply chain strategy - overseeing procurement, manufacturing operations, planning, logistics, distribution, and digital transformation.
As a key member of the Group Executive Committee, you will lead large, complex supply chain operations across multiple geographies and business units, ensuring agility, resilience, sustainability, and cost optimisation while enabling the group's ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the group's global growth objectives and long-term vision.
End-to-End Oversight: Oversee procurement, sourcing, production planning, manufacturing operations, logistics, and distribution across multiple regions and product lines.
Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and best-in-class practices across supply chain functions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Digital Transformation: Champion the deployment of advanced technologies - including AI, automation, and predictive analytics - to modernise supply chain operations and enable real-time decision-making.
Risk & Resilience Management: Develop robust risk mitigation frameworks and ensure continuity of supply across global operations amid geopolitical, regulatory, and market complexities.
Supplier & Partner Ecosystem: Build strategic partnerships and manage global supplier relationships to enhance quality, innovation, and sustainability across the value chain.
Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, inspire, and develop a large-scale, multi-national supply chain organisation, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial, finance, operations, and sustainability leaders to ensure supply chain strategies drive overall business success.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a visionary and influential supply chain leader with a proven track record of delivering transformation and growth in large, complex organisations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic foresight, operational expertise, and exceptional leadership capabilities.
Requirements:
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years at C-suite or executive leadership level.
Proven experience leading global or regional supply chains within manufacturing, industrial, or diversified conglomerate environments.
Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, production, and end-to-end supply chain transformation.
Demonstrated success in driving digital supply chain initiatives and operational excellence.
Strategic thinker with exceptional commercial acumen, change management skills, and stakeholder influence.
Fluency in Arabic is essential; English fluency is also required.
Experience managing large, multicultural teams across multiple geographies.
Strong background in working within board-level and executive committee environments.
