Chief Session Clerk
Job Description
Organizing and executing judicial procedures during the trial phase, which includes attending sessions of the primary courts, recording their minutes, and implementing their decisions with the highest standards of accuracy and correctness, while maintaining complete confidentiality regarding all information related to the cases.
Send the list of detainees along with the session link and notify the centers to present them via the video communication technology for the session.
Ensure the presence of the parties, translators, and witnesses before the session begins, and inform the judge to announce the start of the court session in accordance with Article (160) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Call the parties to the cases and respond to the court's inquiries in accordance with Article (165) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Document the session minutes as required by the judge and implement all decisions issued during the session in accordance with Article (171) of the Code of Criminal Procedure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Completed the national service * Knowing the criminal trial procedures
