Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


Sales Strategy Development



Design and implement strategic sales plans. Identify new markets and customer segments. Forecast sales and monitor performance against goals.

Team Leadership



Build, mentor, and lead sales teams. Set individual and team performance targets. Drive a culture of accountability and performance.

Revenue Growth



Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans. Oversee key account relationships and negotiations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work with product, marketing, finance, and operations. Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development. Align sales with company-wide initiatives.

Performance Monitoring



Use CRM and data analytics to track KPIs. Regularly report sales metrics to the CEO and board. Adjust strategies based on market trends and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth. Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and data analysis. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire large teams. Often holds a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
