Roles and Responsibilities
A renowned specialized Eye Center in Bahrain is looking for a
Chief Optometrist
to join its professional team. The ideal candidate will be required to:Conduct accurate and detailed eye examinations.
Provide correct diagnoses and prescribe suitable lenses or treatment plans.
Supervise and guide the optometry team in daily clinical operations.
Ensure all optometric equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Work closely with ophthalmologists and other clinical staff for patient care.
Support quality assurance and patient safety programs.
Participate in training and staff development activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Optometry (Master's preferred).
Valid Optometrist License.
Valid Dataflow Verification Report.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Optometrist in a clinical setup.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
