The Role
The primary goal of the COO will be to ensure a smoothly operating and forward-thinking business that exceeds customer expectations, and a challenging, supportive and learning culture where team members grow and feel engaged.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES . Define consulting processes - from sales to onboarding to execution to renewal - to ensure standardised and repeatable delivery to our clients, while allowing for the flexibility required for each client and project, and ensuring that the processes are built to continuously learn and adapt . Build a product development road map and process and execute on it to productize our fundraise offering, based on an understanding of the industry sectors and segments that we should prioritise and target . Guide the Project Management team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction . Define key people management processes including team and individual goal setting, performance evaluations, and training . Ensure our financial operations and compliances are staying ahead of business needs and functioning smoothly . Create annual budgets and operating plans, based on company goals set jointly with the CEO
