Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff with a background in construction or civil engineering to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership presence, and prior experience within the UAE construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives, daily operations, and special projects
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, project management, procurement, and operations
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership teamensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
Analyze data from project sites, budgets, and operations to inform business decisions
Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficient execution
Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives
Represent the leadership team in meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion
Facilitate effective communication between departments and senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering company in the UAE
Proven experience in project coordination, executive support, or strategic planning roles
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, compliance, and local market dynamics
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and reporting software
UAE driving license is a plus
