We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our dynamic team. The CMO will provide strategic leadership in clinical operations, medical staff management, and healthcare innovation to ensure the delivery of world-class medical services. Key Responsibilities: . Oversee all clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of medical care. . Lead and mentor medical staff to foster professional growth and collaboration. . Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols. . Collaborate with the executive team to align medical services with organizational goals. . Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. . Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs. . Identify and implement innovative healthcare solutions, including advanced technologies. Qualifications: . Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in [specialty]. . Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in the private sector in Saudi Arabia . Proven expertise in clinical governance, patient safety, and quality management. . Strong business acumen with the ability to balance clinical excellence and financial sustainability. .
