The Role

We are a reputable real estate development company seeking an experienced Mechanical Works Supervisor to join our team for a prestigious mixed-use project located in Deira, Dubai. The project includes a hotel, villas, and residential apartment buildings. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical site works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of all mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage mechanical works across the project site (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, etc.). Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority approvals, and project specifications. Monitor subcontractor performance and coordinate daily site activities. Conduct inspections, review method statements, and manage work schedules. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams to avoid site conflicts. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times on-site.



Requirements

Requirements Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE/GCC. Proven track record in mixed-use or large-scale building projects. Familiar with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, DCD, and other local authority regulations. Strong leadership and site coordination skills. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. Immediate availability is preferred.
