Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy. This role leads brand development, campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Define and guide the company's overall marketing direction and brand positioning
Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team to ensure effective collaboration
Analyze market data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
Build, maintain, and strengthen brand identity and consistency across all channels
Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing management with successful delivery of marketing projects
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, analytics, and performance measurement
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms)
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms industry
Background in brand strategy, digital marketing, or growth marketing
Experience leading or scaling marketing teams
