Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of all IT initiatives aligned with business goals. Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation efforts. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology-driven business opportunities. Direct budgeting, vendor negotiations, and cost-effective technology investments. Monitor emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage and innovation adoption. Ensure data governance, regulatory compliance, and system security protocols. Manage IT teams, foster leadership, and drive talent development in the department. Align software, systems, and tools with organizational scalability and efficiency. Evaluate and mitigate IT risks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Report key IT metrics and strategic updates to stakeholders and board members. Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and digital empowerment across departments.

Job Profile

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Proven success in leading digital transformation and managing large-scale tech initiatives. * Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
