Job Description

This is not a Generalist role As a CHRO, you will provide strategic leadership through the management of a comprehensive human resources office, including Strategy roadmap, Transformation, Organization Development, Capacity planning, performance management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement and HRIS, The Incumbent will be a sole contributor focusing on HR integration and setting up of new team/offices in addition to being a strategic advisor to the leadership team. Be a strategic partner and provide strategic guidance to Senior Management and Board Members through identifying key HR issues, conducting internal and external benchmarking activities, and making related recommendations. Develop and drive progressive people practices and design HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall strategic thrusts and evolving needs of the organization . Lead HR transformation programs aimed at optimizing the workforce, HR technology, and operational excellence in HR service delivery. Design and implement talent management & succession planning initiatives Build Compensation and Reward strategy Provide strategic insights into manpower planning and develop strategies for the acquisition and retention of talent, and the appropriate compensation and benefits to achieve the organization strategic goals. Lead the process with stakeholders from the business lines, from deal generation to execution and post-deal integration with existing businesses. Oversee the development and implementation of learning and development strategy to foster a culture of lifelong learning, resilience, and change agility. Develop and drive the adoption of workforce analytics (HR metrics and analytics) to improve HR effectiveness and support manpower planning and management Perform a Risk analysis arising from the people transitions and design a strategy to alleviate the risks in a timely manner. Be a Change agent Spearhead HRIS implementation and execute Global Payroll strategies Requirements Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience of at least 15 years in people management and senior leadership role. Deep knowledge of HR transformation, HR strategy, talent management, change management, organizational design and target operating models Must have involved in Merger & Acquisitions and worked towards HR Due Diligence for outsourcing deals & prospective acquisitions. Evidence of setting up HR Systems, launch employee centric initiatives and organization wide development Must possess excellent Project Management skills Must have experience as Subject Matter expert and as functional lead in implementation of HRIS and Payroll systems in advanced environment [ Workday, Oracle EBS, MS Navision or SAP SuccessFactors ] The ideal candidate will have a track record as HR business partnering, working directly with C-suite and executive teams, exercising high level of autonomy and knowledge when it comes to full spectrum of HR topics and familiar with M&A activities and integration process Ability to work with w multiple stakeholders within the organization to enable smooth transition and enhanced Employee Experience for transitioning employees.
