Key Responsibilities

Leading an international finance team with a shared service set-up
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for all global sites.
Manage and optimize capital structure, debt, and equity financing to support the companys growth initiatives.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities in different
regions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Extensive experience in restructuring finance departments and implementing financial process improvements on a global scale.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
