Position Title: CFO Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of coating products. :
Prepares a cash flow forecast and reviews this regularly on a daily/weekly basis to ensure proper cash management, including regular payments of payroll taxes, salaries, and VAT. Develops and recommends to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that supports the groupaEUR(TM)s long-term strategy, considering both micro and macroeconomic factors while coordinating with the CEO, GM, and COO. Oversees and monitors the GroupaEUR(TM)s financial position, activities, and capital structure, ensuring adherence to covenants given to banks and third parties, and managing hedging arrangements as applicable. Manages the priority of supplier payments based on GM recommendations, plant shortages, and cash flow position, allocating needed funds when required. Qualifications:
MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration or CA/CPA or graduate in Finance. At least 15 years of experience in finance, preferably from the paints manufacturing, petrochemical, or wood coating industry.
