Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for

Chief Financial Officer

to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities :

Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy in line with corporate goals. Structuring financing arrangements for new and ongoing development projects. Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements. Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and investors. Supervising accounting, treasury, procurement, and cost control functions. Monitoring capital expenditures, operating costs, and profitability across projects. Identifying financial risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Driving internal audits and ensuring strong internal controls. Supporting investment decisions, joint ventures, and M&A activities with financial due diligence. Advising the CEO and Board on financial health, strategy, and performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management roles. Professional certifications such as

CPA, ACCA, CFA, CA, or CMA

strongly preferred. Financial strategy development and execution. Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across accounting, treasury, procurement, and cost control. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate corporate goals into financial plans. High level of integrity, accountability, and sound judgment. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project or multi-entity environment.
