Key Responsibilities

Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization within a logistics-heavy operation. Establish and implement financial controls and risk management frameworks tailored to the logistics and trading environment. Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and board to support decision-making and growth. Oversee regulatory compliance, international tax structuring, and audit processes. Develop financing strategies to support global trade flows and supply chain infrastructure. Mentor and build a world-class finance team aligned with operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of finance leadership experience

(CFO, VP of Finance, or similar).

Mandatory experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or transport sectors.

Deep understanding of cost structures, margin analysis, and pricing in logistics operations. Proven track record in strategic financial planning and capital management. CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications strongly preferred. Strong command of financial systems and ERP platforms. Ability to operate in fast-moving, international, and high-volume trading environments.
