Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companyaEUR(TM)s expansion into global markets, including regulated and grey markets. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Lead financial reporting, audits, and tax planning in multiple jurisdictions. Optimise payment processing solutions and cash flow management. Identify opportunities for strategic investments and partnerships. Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Build and manage a high-performing finance team. Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the online gambling or iGaming. Prior experience working with grey market online casinos is a must. Strong understanding of international financial regulations, tax structures, and compliance challenges in gaming. Expertise in managing complex financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and payment processing solutions. Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
