Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join our leadership team and drive the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and operations Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management Manage

escrow

accounts as per RERA regulations Monitor financial performance of ongoing and upcoming development projects Oversee Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable functions Ensure full compliance with

UAE VAT regulations

and timely filing Implement and maintain

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework

Work alongside banks, auditors, investors, and legal advisors Support strategic investment decisions and capital structuring Draft financial policies and drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory

Minimum 7-10 years of senior financial leadership experience

Real Estate Development industry experience is a must

Proven experience with

Escrow accounts and RERA compliance

Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT laws & implementation

Experience managing

AML compliance

Hands-on experience in

Receivables, Payables & project financing

Excellent leadership, decision-making & stakeholder management skills Strong communication and analytical skills
