The Role
Key responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated successful experience in utilizing financial strategies involving strategic thinking skills to analyze information and align financial objectives with organizational success \xe2\x80\xa2 Interfacing with the Board of Directors, including presentation of financial results \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record of managing financial forecasting, oversight of internal and external audits, and substantial cash and investment management strategies, M&A transactional work \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide leadership and guidance over multiple functions of the organization to improve the quality and efficiency of the department while reducing costs and improving profits \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong competencies in continual assessment of the competitiveness of the organization against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets About the Role; This role will hold the day-to-day responsibility for driving the successful financial planning, forecasting and management of all Group businesses entities. Reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements
Essential skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 10 years relevant experience and at least 3 years at CFO/VP of Finance level \xe2\x80\xa2 Ideally working within the F&B, FMCG, cloud kitchen industry \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE experience with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience in region \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of the region from a regulatory perspective \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
