Participation in preparing and developing the policies procedures and work forms related to employee affairs services in accordance with the relevant articles of the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments in addition to preparing the procedures and policies related to internal communication with the Institution's employees
Implementation of procedures for developing the employee affairs database and providing suggestions for its improvement
Conducting exit interviews with the resigned employee collecting data about potential weaknesses in the adopted work systems and attempting to benefit from this data to raise appropriate recommendations for improvement
Receiving employee grievance requests and auditing them to ensure compliance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments and submitting them to the competent committee
Implementing coordination procedures with the Dubai Medical Committee for the approval of sick leaves companion leaves and work injuries
Auditing the implementation of procedures for issuing renewing and canceling employees health insurance cards
Auditing the procedures for preparing and circulating correspondences letters and decisions related to the work of the Employee Affairs Division
Supporting the Institution's organizational units with reports and statistics analyzing employee data and preparing statistical reports
Holding awareness and educational workshops for the Institution's employees about the procedures and work systems of the Employee Affairs Division
Auditing the implementation of procedures related to end of service absenteeism death cases retirement and resignations and raising the lists of employees whose services have ended to the Payroll Benefits and End of Service Division to take the necessary action and providing the Planning and Recruitment Division with the vacant positions
Preparing monthly annual reports supported with the necessary statistics about the Division's work and achievements clarifying positives and negatives if any and providing recommendations to address them
Supporting the Division Head and enabling him to make effective decisions by providing the required reports and feedback which is carried out through scientific methodologies in data collection and analysis
Complying with the information security system policies processes and programs and reporting to the direct supervisor any security breaches or suspicious incidents
Performing any other tasks related to the work of the Division or as per documented instructions
