The Chief Concierge role supports exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure by leading concierge and guest services operations, setting high service standards, and delivering personalized, seamless hospitality within a luxury hotel environment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage concierge operations including concierge desk, bell service, transport arrangements, and valet coordination
• Deliver warm, professional, and highly personalized service to all guests
• Build strong guest relationships and anticipate needs proactively
• Serve as the primary source of trusted local knowledge for dining, attractions, events, and transportation
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group movements, and complex guest requests
• Handle guest concerns calmly and use feedback to enhance service quality
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest journeys
• Maintain high standards of appearance, organization, and presence in lobby and concierge areas
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador and actively promote hotel services and experiences

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in concierge or guest services within a hotel or resort environment
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a concierge setting
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong local knowledge or the ability to develop it quickly and accurately
• Calm, organized, and professional approach under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
• High school qualification or equivalent, with hospitality education preferred
