Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the business. This includes driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring commercial objectives align with overall business goals. The CCO leads all commercial functions including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development.
We are looking for a strategic, well-rounded commercial leader who can drive overall commercial direction effectively.
Qualifications & Experience Required for this CCO position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in commercial leadership roles, ideally with experience in hospitality
- Track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations
- International experience, ideally within MENA region is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proven leadership in driving revenue and business growth
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven decision-maker
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
