responsibilities

will include, but not limited to:

Developing strategies and concepts for architectural design. Directing and supervising the work of other architects within the Company. Evaluating and approving architecture decisions to ensure compliance with standards and requirements. Facilitating effective communication between members of the architectural team and other company departments. Managing the project budget and monitoring expenses. Ensuring adherence to project deadlines and the quality of design solutions. Developing and implementing work methodologies and industry standards. Providing training and development opportunities for members of the architectural team. Interacting with clients to clarify requirements and assess project satisfaction. Participating in project presentations and negotiations with clients and partners.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Min 15 years of Experience as Chief Architect or same roles within the GULF region. Strong understanding of architectural and structural principles and construction processes. Experience in a development company, in the client service department on large residential real estate projects is welcomed. Presence of implemented projects. Knowledge of modern design and construction technologies. Knowledge of regulatory framework, construction technology, modern materials, and the design and estimate documentation process. Knowledge of the requirements of current construction norms, standards, instructions and guidelines for project and construction works. Proficient in special software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, Adobe, SketchUp. Fluent in English.
