Job Description
ARABIC SPEAKING AND WRITING IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
Financial Reporting & Control:
Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow), manage GL, ensure timely monthly/annual closings, and maintain strong internal controls.Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering high performance and compliance with policies.Compliance & Tax:
Oversee VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, and statutory filings, liaising with authorities and auditors.Budgeting & Analysis:
Lead annual budgeting/forecasting, monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and provide insights for cost reduction and profitability.Cash Flow & Treasury:
Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and liquidity to meet obligations.Strategic Support:
Advise management on financial planning, investment analysis, and cost-effective resource utilization.Systems & Processes:
Implement and optimize accounting software (ERP/POS integration) and streamline processes for efficiencJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
