Financial management:
Oversee all financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.Team leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure department objectives are met.Financial reporting:
Compile and analyze financial information to produce timely and accurate financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.Compliance and internal controls:
Ensure adherence to state and federal financial regulations and implement and maintain internal control procedures.Strategic support:
Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support company leadership in decision-making and financial planning.Auditing:
Coordinate with external and internal auditors and provide them with necessary financial documentation.Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Significant experience in accounting and financial management roles, with a strong track record in a senior capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is often required or preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
