We are currently seeking an experienced

Chief Accountant

to join a leading

Property Development & Real Estate

firm. The ideal candidate should have experience in

financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and cash flow management

within the real estate or property development industry.

Salary Range:

AED 7,500 - 10,000

Key Requirements:

Oversee full-spectrum

accounting operations

and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.

7+ years

of accounting experience, including

3+ years

in the real estate or property development sector. Strong knowledge of

IFRS, UAE VAT & corporate taxation

. Proficient in

SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems

. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in

English

and

Urdu/Hindi

required. Manage

VAT, corporate tax compliance

, and liaise with external auditors. Monitor

cash flow, treasury operations

, and ensure financial accuracy. Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting. Implement and maintain

strong internal controls

and audit readiness. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
