The Chief Accountant will oversee all accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts. Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required. Support management in budgeting and financial planning. Requirements: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
