Chief Accountant Job Location : UAEKey Responsibilities & Authorities :aa,A Supporting Accounts Payables & other Accountant for reviewing the Financial Accounting functions to ensure the accuracy of accounts.
aa,A Maintain accounting up to date and posting all the accounts transactions
aa,A Maintaining positive spirit with his team and supporting them
aa,A Ensure all payments made are made according to company policy & procedures
aa,A Processes and overseeing LIN SCAN payroll operations
aa,A Reviewing the Leave salary, gratuity, final settlement
aa,A Reviews all payments and approvals
aa,A Reviewing the schedule related to assets additional/deletion
aa,A Reviews all accruals for expenses
aa,A Allocation of tool capitalization costs
aa,A Allocation of general costs to projects
aa,A Processes insurance requirements
aa,A Reviewing the bank guarantees, L/Caa,a,,s and other banks documents before sending to the bank.
aa,A Prepare monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow, Statement of Equity
aa,A Supporting the Regional Finance Manager for preparing the necessary documentation and reports for auditing
aa,A Prepare monthly MIS pack
aa,A Supervise and mentor financial subordinates
aa,A Weekly meeting with the Regional Finance Manager to discuss any financial issues
aa,A Timely preparation of financial statements and completion of audits
