Job Description
We are urgently hiring for
Chief Accountant
for one of our client from Real Estate Industry.Responsibilities:
Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Oversee tax calculations, payments, and compliance with statutory regulations. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Review and implement accounting policies and internal controls for process efficiency. Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and strategic planning. Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BBA / MBA / ACCA / ICMA or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting. 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and taxation. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
