Job Description
Seven Seas Hotel, Dubai is seeking a highly experienced
Chief Accountant
with a strong hospitality background. The ideal candidate will have5-8 years of overall accounting experience
, witha minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience using IDS accounting software
. Candidates without IDS experience will not be considered.The Chief Accountant will oversee the hotel's complete accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with
UAE VAT regulations
, and adherence to company policies and accounting standards. This role includes managing the finance team, supervising daily accounting operations, and supporting hotel management with financial planning and controls.Key responsibilities include preparation of monthly financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, VAT filings, audit coordination, and liaison with external auditors and regulatory authorities. The role requires close coordination with department heads to monitor costs, improve profitability, and maintain strong internal controls.
Eligibility Criteria:
5-8 years of hotel accounting experience in
Dubai
Mandatory 3-5 years of experience with IDS accounting software
Strong knowledge ofUAE VAT, audits, and statutory compliance
Experience leading and managing a hotel finance team Professional accounting qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA) preferredJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
