Job Description
Accounting Operations
? Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
? Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
? Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
? Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
? Ensure timely submission of internal and external financial reports.
? Ensure compliance with all tax laws and filing requirements (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
? Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
Cash Flow & Treasury
? Monitor cash flow, banking, and treasury functions to ensure adequate working capital.
? Manage cash forecasting and fund allocations
Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
? Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or food production sector.
? Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production-based financial reporting.
? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems).
