Job Description

Experience : Firefighting ABC POWDER

To be successfull in this role you will have 2 to 4 years of experience in developing of firefighting foam concentrate - Synthetic (fluorine free), fluorinated foam and protein based foam concentrate.

Must have good Knowledge of raw materials and sources.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of chemical engineering including, Surface tension , Film formation , material and fluid dynamics, heat transfer, thermodynamics and mixing phenomena.
Capable to identify new methods of manufacturing chemicals and creating the process.
Capable to prepare MSDS and technical datasheet of the foam concentrates.
Should be able to conducted lab tests to ascertain composition of products according to national, international and ISO quality standard.
Must have experience to measure pH value, Viscosity, Sediment, Expansion ratio, Drainage time of foam concentrates.
Knowhow on UL 162, UL 139 , EN 1568 and ICAO foam concentrate testing requirements and ISO 17025.
Strong knowledge on compatibility of Foam Concentrates.
Good communication skills, capable to attend client meetings.
Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to develop and present ideas and results in oral and written form.
