CHEF:
Prepare and cook Italian menu items (pasta, sauces, pizza, risotto, etc.)
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Collaborate with the team to optimize kitchen workflow
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Proven experience as an Italian chef or cook
Knowledge of traditional Italian recipes and techniques
Strong time management and teamwork skills
Food safety certification is a plus
WAITRESS:
Greet and seat customers warmly
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
Take orders and serve food & beverages efficiently
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests courteously
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Previous restaurant service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
