Are you an experienced and motivated Chef willing to relocate to Australia? MCG is working with major organisations that are looking at hiring chefs from overseas all across Australia. We are supporting them in addressing their skills and workforce shortages through suitable and qualified overseas talent. We have several exciting opportunities available for experienced and passionate Chefs (across levels in multiple cities) to join in Australia on a full-time basis. You will work in a busy open plan kitchen preparing & cooking various international hot & cold meals in commercial quantities. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is highly preferred. You will get:

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing hot & cold meals
• Stock control & minimising food wastage.
• Cleaning & maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times.
• Strictly following menu specifications as well as food safety / HACCP, WHS & QSAI policies.

To be successful you will need:

• Experience in Commercial Kitchens and relevant qualifications
• Ability to work efficiently unsupervised and as part of a team
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Must be motivated, hardworking & have a good attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
