Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following established recipes and presentations.
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saute, pastry, cold kitchen) with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all food is of exceptional quality, properly portioned, and served at the correct temperature.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in your section, adhering to all HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with all members of the kitchen brigade and front-of-house team.
  • Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas to the table.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven previous experience in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Passion: A genuine passion for gastronomy, food trends, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
