Chief Product Officer (CPO)

YABA Technology - GRAMSys (Restaurant SaaS Platform)

Location: Dubai (Preferred) / Hybrid

Reports to: Group General Manager & Business Development Director

About the Role

YABA Technology is building a next-generation restaurant operating platform (GRAMSys), originally developed to run YABA's own multi-concept restaurant group.

We are now productizing this system into a scalable SaaS platform to be offered to restaurants, hospitality groups, and franchises across the region.

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to own the product end-to-end -- from vision and architecture to commercialization and market readiness.

This is not an IT role.

This is not a project management role.

This is full product ownership.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Product Strategy & Vision

Own the product vision and roadmap for GRAMSys

Transform an internal system into a standardized, sellable SaaS product

Define and protect core platform vs configurable modules

Product Architecture & Governance

Design and manage a multi-tenant product structure

Define role-based permissions, audit logic, and branch/brand hierarchy

Prevent over-customization and feature creep

Roadmap & Delivery

Own feature prioritization and release planning

Evaluate internal and external feature requests

Decide what becomes core, optional, or configuration

Commercialization

Define pricing tiers and product packages

Build demo environments and onboarding flows

Prepare documentation, training, and support structure

Support sales discussions and pilot clients

Team Leadership

Lead engineering, UI/UX, and QA resources

Define development standards and delivery cadence

Decide in-house vs outsourced execution

What We Expect in the First 90 Days

Audit the current GRAMSys platform

Define Product v1 scope

Finalize multi-tenant architecture

Launch a demo environment

Prepare the platform for first external pilot customers

We Offer a competitive monthly salary up to 50K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
