A reputed family-owned holding company based in Dubai seeks an experienced and skilled

Palace Chef

to manage daily culinary operations for the private residence. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, catering to the family's diverse preferences and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of international and regional cuisines as per the family's taste and preferences. Design and execute daily menus, special occasions, and events within the palace. Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of all dishes served. Maintain proper stock levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen inventory efficiently. Adhere to high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen. Train, supervise, and coordinate with kitchen helpers or junior staff if assigned. Manage meal timings, service schedules, and ensure seamless dining experiences. Coordinate with household staff for menu planning and special dietary needs. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all aspects of the household.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Private Chef / Palace Chef / Executive Chef

in high-end residences, hospitality, or luxury establishments. Strong knowledge of international cuisines (Arabic, Asian, Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, etc.). Excellent culinary, organizational, and presentation skills. Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and menu customization. Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and discretion. Good communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or travel with the family as needed.

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management. Minimum

5-8 years of relevant experience

in a similar role within a palace, luxury residence, or 5-star hotel.
