Ability to manage food preparation, cooking, and plating independently
Good understanding of
food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and workstations
Assist in menu development and food cost control
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Preferred:
Experience in
restaurant or hotel kitchens
Ability to handle multi-cuisine menus
