  • Prepare all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to the kitchen's recipes and standards.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.
  • Arrange and decorate dishes with taste and refinement.
  • Organize and coordinate the preparations and ensure that the recipes are respected.
  • Control the stock of your sections and transmit your orders to your superior.
  • Participate in the tidying and cleaning of the premises in strict compliance with current health and safety standards and ensure that the premises are clean.
  • Make suggestions for new preparations, dishes or presentations What we need from you
  • With a degree in Culinary Arts, you have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an establishment of the same category
  • You have a perfect knowledge of HACCP norms and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent English Communication skills
  • Warm and inviting personality
  • Ability to think calmly under pressure
  • Full ability to work an array of days and shift times
  • This position is open for applicants from all nationalities and available in Jeddah and Riyadh.
