We are looking for a motivated

Chef

to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their culinary career who is excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of fresh, healthy dishes Support mise en place tasks such as chopping, marinating, blending, and assembling ingredients General Knowledge of both cold and hot kitchen sections . Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards at all times Keep workstations clean and organized throughout service Properly store food items and ingredients according to guidelines Assist with receiving and checking deliveries Participate in daily kitchen cleaning routines and deep cleaning schedules Follow instructions and training provided by senior chefs

Requirements

A passion for healthy, nutritious food and a willingness to learn Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required Basic knife skills and an understanding of food preparation techniques Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Culinary training or relevant qualifications are a plus but not essential
